Who we are

JustSuperDeals is an independent deal-discovery and shopping publication. This policy covers the JustSuperDeals website. Privacy and data questions can be sent to privacy@justsuperdeals.com, or through the contact form.

Information you give us

The only personal information this site asks for is what you type into one of its forms:

• Email newsletter — your email address.
• Contact form — your name, your email address, the subject you select, and your message.

Form submissions are handled by WPForms, the form plugin installed on this site, and are delivered as an email notification to the JustSuperDeals inbox at hello@justsuperdeals.com. The form plugin is running in its free edition, which does not store submissions in the website’s database — the email notification is the record. If that changes, this page will be updated.

We use what you send to reply to you and to act on what you tell us. We do not sell it, and we do not add contact-form senders to the newsletter.

Cookies

This site uses cookies that are necessary for it to work: WordPress sets cookies if you log in to the site, and the caching layer may set a cookie to serve pages correctly. Ordinary visitors browsing the site are not asked to log in and are not profiled by us.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

Analytics

At the time of writing, no third-party analytics or advertising tracking script — no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no advertising pixel — is running on the public pages of this site. If we add analytics later, this page will be updated to say which service and what it collects, before or when it goes live.

Our web host keeps standard server logs, as almost all web hosts do. Those typically include IP addresses, request times and browser user-agent strings, and are used for security and troubleshooting.

Affiliate links and link tracking

Some links on this site may be affiliate links, as described in our Affiliate Disclosure.

This site uses affiliate link-management software to organise those links. Following an affiliate link may be recorded by that software, and by the affiliate network or retailer the link belongs to — typically through a cookie set on the retailer’s side so that a resulting purchase can be attributed. That cookie is set by the retailer or network under their own privacy policy, not by us.

Links to other websites

This site links out to retailers and other third parties. Once you follow a link, you are on someone else’s website, subject to their privacy policy and their handling of your data. We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, what happens there.

Third-party services

The site runs on WordPress with a small number of plugins, including a form plugin, an SEO plugin, an affiliate link manager and a caching layer. Where one of those services processes information you submit, it does so in order to deliver the function it is there for.

How long we keep things

Contact and newsletter messages arrive as email and are kept in the JustSuperDeals inbox for as long as they are useful for correspondence and record-keeping, then deleted. If you ask us to delete your message or unsubscribe you, we will.

Children

This site is intended for a general adult audience. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to privacy@justsuperdeals.com and tell us what you would like us to do. The contact form reaches us too, but the privacy address goes straight to the right place. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, and we will honour them.

This policy will change as the site develops. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
