Who we are

JustSuperDeals is an independent deal-discovery and shopping publication. This policy covers the JustSuperDeals website and explains what information the site collects, why, and what it does not do. Privacy and data questions can be sent to privacy@justsuperdeals.com, or through the contact form.

Information you give us

The only personal information this site asks for is what you type into one of its forms:

• Deal emails — your email address.
• Contact form — your name, your email address, the subject you select, and your message.

Form submissions are handled by WPForms, the form plugin installed on this site, and are delivered as an email notification to the JustSuperDeals inbox at hello@justsuperdeals.com, sent through our email provider. The form plugin runs in its free edition, which does not store submissions in the website’s database — the email notification is the record. If that changes, this page will be updated.

We use what you send to reply to you and to act on what you ask. If you sign up for deal emails, we use your address only to send them, and you can ask to be removed at any time. We do not sell your information, and we do not add contact-form senders to our email list.

Cookies

This site only uses cookies that it needs to work: WordPress sets cookies if you log in to the site, and the caching layer may set a cookie to serve pages correctly. Ordinary visitors are not asked to log in and are not profiled by us.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site from working.

Analytics and tracking

At the time of writing, no third-party analytics or advertising tracking script — no Google Analytics, no Google Tag Manager, no advertising pixel, and no affiliate-network tracking script — runs on the public pages of this site. If we add one, this page will be updated to say which service it is and what it collects, before or when it goes live.

We use Google Search Console to see, in aggregate, how the site appears in Google search results (for example, which searches lead to it). It adds no script or cookie to this site; it reports on data Google already has from its own search engine.

Our web host keeps standard server logs, as almost all web hosts do. These typically include IP addresses, request times and browser user-agent strings, and are used for security and troubleshooting. The site’s security software may also record the IP address of failed login attempts.

Fonts

Some of the site’s typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. When your browser requests them, Google receives your IP address and basic browser information, as it would for any web request, and handles it under Google’s privacy policy.

Affiliate links

Some links on this site may be affiliate links, as described in our Affiliate Disclosure. JustSuperDeals may take part in affiliate programmes run by retailers directly or through affiliate networks such as impact.com.

When you follow an affiliate link, the affiliate network or retailer may record that the visit came from JustSuperDeals — usually through a cookie or similar identifier set on their side — so that a resulting purchase can be credited. Those cookies are set by the network or retailer under their own privacy policies, not by us. The reports we receive show clicks, orders and commissions; they do not normally identify you to us by name or contact details.

Links to other websites

This site links out to retailers and other websites. Once you leave JustSuperDeals, the other site’s own privacy policy applies, and we are not responsible for what happens there.

Third-party services

The site runs on WordPress with a small number of plugins, including a form plugin, an SEO plugin, a security plugin and a caching layer, and is hosted by a web hosting provider. Where one of these services processes information, it does so only to deliver the function it is there for.

How long we keep things

Contact messages and deal-email sign-ups arrive as email and are kept in the JustSuperDeals inbox for as long as they are useful for correspondence and record-keeping, then deleted. If you ask us to delete your message or remove your email address, we will.

Selling and sharing

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted (cross-context behavioural) advertising. Because the site runs no advertising or analytics tracking, there is no such tracking for a Global Privacy Control or “Do Not Track” signal to switch off; if that changes, we will honour those signals as the law requires.

Children

This site is intended for a general adult audience. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local privacy law; we will respond to any such request. Write to privacy@justsuperdeals.com and tell us what you would like us to do. The contact form reaches us too. We will not treat you differently for making a request.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when the way the site handles information changes — for example, before adding an analytics or tracking service. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
